The Company
We are working with a FMCG organisation located in the heart of the Hills District who are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join the business! This is a hand on all-rounder role and would suit someone who enjoys working within the Finance Team and is not afraid to roll their sleeves up to get involved with all elements of Finance.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be involved closely with a variation of tasks and will be required to be flexible, proactive and dynamic with your approach to perform:
- Processing of Accounts Payables Invoices
- Vendor Management & Set ups
- Cash Allocations / Daily Receipting
- Processing expense claims
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Filing and documenting
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The Successful Candidate
You will be dynamic, versatile and proactive and be experienced within both Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables to commence this role immediately. Your positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment will be crucial in your success and further progressing.
- Experience with large ERP is highly desirable
- You will be analytical, proactive and be quick on the feet to provide a solution
- Proficient excel skills is a must
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Experience with Accounts Administrative duties
- Be a team player, have high attention to detail and be proactive
On Offer
This is a temporary assignment with a potential for extension based on performance. For the right candidate, there is a possibility for this position to go permanent. You will be immediately available to commence work this week and be remunerated between $27 -$30 per hour + super.
