Our happy and successful medium sized business, is located in Keysborough, operating Monday to Friday.    We would love the right person, to join our team, to help us continue to delivery our fun, innovative and creative food products to our customers. 

We supply to major retailers as well as private independents. Our products are made for the home consumers and professionals and consist of edible and non edible products 

As the linchpin to our business, you will be a key person in our team.  You will have a strong grip on the daily comings and goings of the business and be the chief coordinator within our small team. 

A head and eye for numbers, accurate data entry and attention to detail is a must.  An interest in home baking, cake decorating and crafting is an advantage. 

On a daily basis some of the duties you will undertake will include:

  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • Payment gateway reconciliations
  • Superannuation & Monthly IAS returns
  • 1/4 ly BAS Return, Annual FBT
  • Budgeting, Cashflow and Payroll estimates
  • Fortnightly Payroll processing
  • Inventory Data Maintenance & Stock Forecasting 
  • Assistance with answering incoming calls
  • Assisting with Customer Service inquiries
  • Data entry of orders, processing invoices & accounts receivable including rebate reconciliations 
  • Processing supplier invoices & creditor statements
  • Liaison with Production Supervisor & Warehouse Supervisor
  • Providing assistance to the CFO & Director

Without any doubt, you must have a solid grip on 

  • MYOB Premier (non cloud based) 
  • Inventory Costing & Management 
  • Excel and Word
  • Microsoft Outlook 
  • Confidence to use web base software products
