Results Legal is a specialist litigation firm practising exclusively in the areas of credit litigation, commercial disputes and insolvency law.
As our firm continues to grow, we find that we now require an experienced and professional Accounts Assistant. We are more than happy to offer part time hours (20 -30 per week).
The role covers accounts payable and receivable; receipting for general and trust accounts; weekly and monthly billing processes in conjunction with accounts and administration team and undertaking all other miscellaneous functions ancillary to the accounting functions of the business.
To be considered for role we expect a person with a minimum of 3 years “hands on” relevant bookkeeper experience; intermediate knowledge of excel; a proven history of strong attention to detail combined with a team approach to work and success. Naturally, above average communication skills are expected as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Our ideal candidate has obtained the above skills and experience in a professional office and is looking to continue in that sector.
As this is an accounts department role and we are offering flexible hours, we anticipate that there may be additional time requirements at month end and reporting times.
