Civic Properties is a privately owned, property development group specialising in the delivery of high quality residential projects across metropolitan Sydney.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk Officer with strong financial skills to join our Support team based in North Parramatta on a Part-Time Basis. The day-to-day responsibilities will include processing the weekly invoicing, managing accounts payable and receivable’s.
YOU WILL REQUIRE:
- Three years’ + experience in a similar Bookkeeping role
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- The ability to multi task whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in the Construction Industry essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using MYOB
- Experience with Jobpac is essential
YOUR DUTIES:
- Accurate recording of accounts payable/receivable using Jobpac and MYOB
- Maintain Creditor records using Jobpac and MYOB
- Liaise regularly with creditors
