This exciting opportunity is for one of the leading Property Firms in the Australian market with and excellent track record of retention and organic growth. Based in CBD, enjoy a good balance of responsibilities in the financial reporting and management accounting arena which is ideal for your professional growth and career progression.
THE ROLE
You must have meaningful experience both in Financial Reporting and Property Accounting as the role entails the following responsibilities but not limited to:
• Overall accountability for the accounting and reporting
• Ensure property balance sheets is in line with policies
• Prepare monthly accruals and reforecasts
• Prepare Quarterly Group Reporting
• Upload Quarterly CAPEX and Funds accounting transactions
• Work with External property management team to produce fortnightly cash flow forecast
• Prepare Quarterly Reporting 10-year CAPEX and NOI forecast
• Coordinate and submit monthly Property Management report including NOI variance
analysis
• Co-ordinate the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure the Tenancy Schedule is maintained in
YOUR PROFILE
• Qualified degree with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Commercial/Retail Property
• CPA/ CA qualified of currently working towards qualification
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills as the role entails working closely with different stakeholders
• Well organised and able to prioritise tasks for self
• High level attention to detail and ability to analyse operational results
