This Junior Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join an Australian market leading FMCG company.

Our client is a market leading business in the FMCG sector, generating $300mil in revenue annually. With a very strong culture and integrated team environment, the role will be filled by a junior, ambitious and bright applicant who will add value to the business.
Description
The Junior Analyst role will be diverse in nature and provide great exposure and development opportunities in a variety of business teams. You will be key in the collection, analysis and reporting of internal and external sales related data to increase overall sales productivity of the business.
- Develop and track KPI's on sales performance, forecasts and orders.
- Create quantitative product and sales analysis as required
- Prepare stock on hand reports and forecast orders reports on a weekly basis
- Analysis of budget spreadsheets, sales reports and key accounts
- Provide recommendations for forecast and planning to meet demands
- Report and analyse promotional efficiency
- Provide analysis and interpretation of sales trends
- Tracking of costs and expenditure
- Provide administration support to the General Manager of Sales
- Monitor competitor marketing and price survey
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Asist in mainstream administration when required
Profile
The successful applicant will be outgoing, ambitious and driven who is looking to develop their finance analytic skills in this junior role.
- Previous sales support/analysis experience, ideally within the FMCG sector
- High analytic skills, with a passion in processing data and ability to draw meaningful business insights as a result
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Computer literacy, familiar with Dynamics AX is preferred
- Holds a NSW Driver's License
- Mandarin proficiency advantageous
