The position will revolve around providing commercial support to project managers, assisting in the delivery of the commercial aspect of projects, undertaking reconciliations and providing back up support to the Finance team. The role will offer variety for the candidate with tasks ranging from, processing and maintaining project related information and debtor invoicing.
Some of your duties will include processing and coordinating monthly client invoicing, processing creditor payments, month-end financial performance reporting, reconciliations, project forecasting and contracts administration.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, conscientious individual who takes pride in their work, shows attention to detail and enjoys being part of a dynamic team.
We are seeking applicants who have:
- Excellent excel skills
- A business/commerce degree (essential)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role (essential)
- Strong financial understanding
- A willingness to be hands-on
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in work style
- Strong team skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads
