An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Payroll Officer’s within my clients. This role processes and takes responsibility of “end to end” Payroll across Australia and New Zealand
Some key duties will cover:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in “end to end” Payroll
- Experience in payroll processing for up to 300 employees
- Good working knowledge of payroll processes
- Experience with full function payroll process- desirable but not necessary
- Familiarity with:
- Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Legislation as it pertains to payroll
- Superannuation Legislation
- Payroll legislation across Australian States and Territories
- Superior communications skills both verbal and written
- Good time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- Adaptable and able to respond in a positive and constructive manner
- Sound numeracy skills, Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to work under pressure
- Proven customer service experience
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
About you:
- Previous experience working in a payroll role (covering administration, payroll processing, superannuation and liaison with employees)
- Working knowledge of a large Payroll System Neller Proceda, Chris21, SAP, Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel
- Strong attention to detail and focused on results and outcome
