We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Stand Alone Payroll Officer to become part of this local, friendly and supportive private business.

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with HR, you will be responsible for the efficient & accurate running of the payroll function for 400 + employees on a fortnightly basis.

This role is permanent full or part-time position and can offer flexible hours if needed.

Duties are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Accurate & timely processing of the payroll data 
• Monthly Reconciliations & Reporting
• Superannuation Payments & Reconciliations
• MUST have SAGE Micropay experience
• Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Reconciliations
• Setting up new employees & updating employee information
• Termination calculations & Reconciliations of Salary Packaging

Skills Required:

• Min 5 years + full end to end payroll experience.
• Strong, confident & up to date payroll knowledge
• Ability to priorities workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills essential, both verbal and written
