This highly reputable Chartered Accounting firm services a rapidly growing list of highly active and sophisticated corporate clients at the top end of the SME market. To effectively cater to this blue chip client base, the firm provides a full range of business advisory services. The firm's clients demand significant and ever growing consulting assistance, which has created the need for a very technically strong advisory / tax assistant manager or above.
This bulk of this role will be delivering business advisory assistance to its clients in addition to some complex compliance work. You will be managing a team of significant size and a portfolio of fees to match. I will be able to provide details in a confidential discussion.
Key criteria for the successful candidate would be extensive experience managing clients at the upper end of the SME market. You must have a proven ability to manage, mentor and motivate staff, manage clients and deliver quality advisory services in addition to compliance advice.
The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified and have gained local experience at a senior level at top end Chartered firms. Immaculate presentation, flawless communication, and an inclusive and approachable personality is essential to fit into the culture of the firm.
