Your Role
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Group Finance & Strategy function for a Business Performance Accountant. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager – Wealth & Capital Markets, you will assist with the provision of timely, accurate and commercially focused financial and management accounting support pertaining to the Wealth & Capital Markets (W&CM) Platform.
The role will include performance reporting, forecasting, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger, expense management, taxation and capital management. You will also partner with key stakeholders and assist with relevant projects.
To be successful in securing this role you will have:
• CA or CPA qualified
• Solid accounting experience
• Experience in management accounting and business performance reporting
• A sound understanding of financial controls and processes
• Proficiency in a range of software and accounting packages
• Ideally some financial services experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate productive and effective relationships
