This CBD-based real estate agency is looking for an experienced and driven part-time Trust Accountant to be part of its property management division, reporting to work 3 days per week. With an excellent track record of delivering satisfactory results for their clients.

The Role
•Maintain trust accounts
•Knowledgeable in trust accounting and property accounting
•Responsible for the reporting and accounts
• Manage MRI system for administration
 
Your Profile
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•Tertiary Accounting qualifications essential
•Prior responsibility for a portfolio of properties
•Meaningful experience with MRI
•Knowledge of trust legislation and the ability to conduct monthly trust account reconciliations
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Previous experience dealing with Portfolio/Asset/Funds Managers desirable
