My client, a government body is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to head up a newly created team in a time of growth and restructure.

The ideal person will have come from a Finance background preferably with experience within Education / Government and have strong Change Management skills along with the ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage effective relationships throughout the business
• Develop and provide expert advice on the development of support services
• Analyse departments current and future requirements and propose change
• Lead and direct team in providing correct information to customers
• Advise customers with budget and forecast enquiries
• Advise best practice on use of financial systems
• Run financial reports to analyse themes in queries made
• Management of response time to customers
• Propose relevant change management to senior team and plan smooth implementation
