Skills and Experience
Preferred Applicants will have:
- Experience working with the Australian insolvency industry
- Expertise operating currently available insolvency software
- Accounting experience, and
- Technical skills
Role
- Provide software support to end users
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to customers
- Remotely connect to users' computers to provide ad-hoc training or to identify issues being reported
- Employ deductive problem solving skills to investigate any issues being experienced by the users
- Author knowledge base articles to explain software operation
- Publishing and development of online help system
- Authoring YouTube support videos
- Database handling, back up and scripting
- Software Testing
- Retain a log of all support issues
