Skills and Experience

Preferred Applicants will have:

Experience working with the Australian insolvency industry
Expertise operating currently available insolvency software
Accounting experience, and
Technical skills

Role

Provide software support to end users
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to customers
Remotely connect to users' computers to provide ad-hoc training or to identify issues being reported
Employ deductive problem solving skills to investigate any issues being experienced by the users
Author knowledge base articles to explain software operation
Publishing and development of online help system
Authoring YouTube support videos
Database handling, back up and scripting
Software Testing
Retain a log of all support issues
