Payroll Officer - Parramatta
Kelly Service sis a large multinational organization that ahs been serving the employment needs of Australian companies and candidates for the past 25 years, offering recruitment services in temporary, contract ad permanent roles in a wide range of industries, at all levels.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Payroll Officer to become part of an established team, located in Parramatta, delivering support services to a business covering ANZ. This role will have you processing a high volume weekly payroll. Great opportunity for someone looking to take more responsibility in their payroll career.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management of allocated branch and client payroll processes on a weekly basis
- Verification and processing of both manual and system automated timesheet data
- Supporting with compliance of superannuation, tax and leave entitlements for candidates
- Assisting with reporting requirements and ensuring accuracy of all candidate documentation
Requirements:
- Must be available immediately
- Working knowledge of fundamental payroll functions including, Tax, Superannuation and Award knowledge
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication across all levels of the business (branch managers, consultants and clients)
- Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate level of understanding of Microsoft Excel
