An immediately available opportunity has arisen for a suitable qualified Company Accountant to join a privately owned, leading Restoration services company with operations around Australia, based in the South-Eastern Suburbs.

You will be joining an energetic and forward thinking finance team who are always looking for a better way to do things.
Description:
Reporting to the financial Controller and providing guidance to a part-time finance officer, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Assisting with Month-End reporting
- Balance Sheet, Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
- Providing back up and assistance with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
- Processing Payroll for approximately 70 odd employees
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the Financial Controller
About You:
As the successful applicant you will ideally be a Degree Qualified Accountant (either CPA/CA designated or studying towards), with at least 2-5 years post qualification experience in a similar role. Exposure to the Payroll function is a must.
Experience with a Cloud based finance system will be looked favourable upon (particularly MYOB Advanced/Acumatica), as will experience working within a SME.
