Reporting to the CFO, you will take full responsibility for all financial matters for the business. This will involve financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. The role of Finance Manager will give you the opportunity to work closely with all different areas of the business including Supply Chain, Operations and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting, forecasting and detailed analysis on operational matters
- Management of 4 direct reports
- Month end reporting
- Process improvements
- Supporting the Operations teams on all financial matters
- Process improvements
- Ad hoc project work
Key Requirements:
- Min. of 5 years experience in a Finance Manager role or similar
- Team management experience is essential
- Proven experience working closely with non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with Inventory/ Stock and Costing is essential
- Cost saving and process improvement experience
- Experience within the Manufacturing industry is essential for this role
- Experience using SAP or Oracle and TM1 is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
