Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Payroll Officer to join a high achieving team covering over 10,000 employees across Australia and overseas.

Client Details
My client, located in East Perth, is a growing mining organisation headquartered here in Perth with projects based locally and overseas. With over 10,000 employees across Australia and internationally, you will be joining a high achieving team processing large volume and complex payroll.
Description
Reporting to the payroll manager, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end payroll function for thousands of staff members paid weekly, fortnightly and monthly
- Processing of timesheets and data input into PayGlobal
- Interpretation of project contracts
- Fortnightly reconciliations
- Implementing improvements to payroll processes
- Handling foreign currency
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Assisting with Superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax and workers comp payments
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:
- At least two years' previous payroll experience using a large scale payroll program such as SAP, Pronto, PayGlobal, etc.
- Previous experience making Superannuation and PAYG payments.
- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Immediately available to start
