Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer with 1 - 2 years experience to join their business on a 3 - 6 month contract. This client is one of the best in the fields, continuously growing and fast moving. You will be part of a great inclusive team of people who want to do a great job. Interview ASAP, start ASAP. 

The role will involve:

• Investigation of high volume of aged balances, often with minimal debtor history available
• Data clean up
• Credit and debit write off following issue resolution
• Escalate system errors to AR Supervisor / IT
• Cash receipting of payments and credit notes within various systems

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• 1 - 2+ years'experience in a similar role
• Experience in a high volume complex accounts receivable office
• Experience of handling high volumes of transactions
• Experience of resolving a high volume of aged balances, often with minimal debtor history available
• Exposure to a wide variety of AR transactions methodologies
• Process improvement (desirable)
• Confident negotiation skills 
• Excellent communication skills

In addition you will have:

• Ability to work pro-actively with minimal supervision - self starter
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and understand systems and processes quickly
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
