About the role
This opportunity is best suited to a To be successful in this role you will be across all aspects of AR, AP, payroll, administration and PA duties to the Managing Director.
This opportunity allows you to showcase your drive, passion and overall organisational skills.
Duties
- Weekly reporting
- Venue management
- Organisation of accounts
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Payroll 40-70 staff weekly
- Maintain stakeholder engagements with existing and new prospects
- Plan, organise and correspond with management on events
- Screening and prioritizing of all phone calls and emails and requests
- Organise, attend and meetings
- Balance a team environment
- Work closely with coordinators to support resources and supply within new projects
About you
- You have several years’ experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll
- You have strong business acumen and the confidence to communicate with senior management and other team members
- You have advanced skill level in MS applications
- You have the maturity and resilience to work autonomously and in a team environment
- You are a resourceful logical thinker with attention to detail
- You will have the ability to manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
