The Company
Our client is a small public relations organization that services some globally renowned companies with its unique artistic flair. The business is an intrepid competitor in the market that oozes fresh air for the entirety of their team including the up and coming field of finance experts. They are walking a pathway of progression in their current phase of growth and intuition in the marketplace.
The Role
This is a position which will lead the current finance team through mentioned progression and will have an emphasis on the establishment of secure and maintainable financial processes. In addition to this development the role will entail the day-to-day finance function requiring a technically astute accountant, with staff management skills, and the following specific skills:
- Financial Reporting Process
- Managing the delivery of monthly reports
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Payroll process improvements
- Engaging with non-finance managers in order to improve information and data flows
- P&L and balance sheet review
This is a role which will allow an individual to put their professional and management skills to the test in an uplifting and dynamic environment.
Your Profile
You will be a career driven qualified individual with a strong background in a senior accounting or finance manager level role. You must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of technical capability whilst pursuing a progression in your career. CPA or CA qualification and immediate availability are essential.
