This is genuine opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Partner  to add value and be part of a new commercial finance team with this prominent Australian group. Having recently gone through a significant transformation across their finance function and due to some recent internal movements, there is an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner for one of their front line business units.  
  
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Lead, who reports directly to the CFO, you will act as a trusted Commercial finance advisor to Divisional Leaders providing strategic advice on market trends and opportunities to ensure budgets are effectively managed and risks are minimised. You will play an integral part in ensuring your stakeholders have access to services and information to assist with commercial decision making and ongoing improvements in order to make informative and accurate decisions.
  
You will have responsibility for overseeing all elements of financials providing strategic advice on market trends and potential opportunities for short and long term initiatives. Key elements and skills needed for the role will be financial modelling and analysis, cost allocation advice, scenario analysis, management reporting, preparation of business cases for potential projects and providing commentary and updates to Senior Management and the Board.
  
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have demonstrated business and commercial acumen to have the ability to communicate with stakeholders up to Board level. The role is supported by a Finance Analyst so the ability to manage and motivate a team is required.
