A fantastic opportunity has become available to work with one of Hudson’s leading clients in the Not-For-Profit industry based in the Inner-East suburb Paddington.
The company is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer with strong excel experience to help extract data using macros templates. This is a contract role with the chance to apply for a new permanent role.
The Accounts Payable Officers responsibilities will include:
- Full function Accounts Payable through Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
- Matching, batching, coding
- Credit Card Expenses
- Reconciliations
- Accruals
- Journal postings
- Petty cash and reimbursement
- Provide support for internal queries
- Attending to Ad Hoc payment requests
The right person will have:
- 2+ years’ experience with Accounts Payable
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and the ability to work with stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
