Our client is a progressive tax and accounting practice with a wealth advisory component based in in two locations in the Greater Sydney area. The HO is located at Kogarah. The practice provides a range of high level services incorporating tax, accounting and advisory services to a range of outstanding clients and their businesses.
The firm has a strong group of long term clients at its core and is looking to grow the practice through the addition of a talented Business Services Manager.
The successful candidate will be part of the leadership group, involved with the strategic direction and growth of the business. You will manage your clients and staff in an autonomous manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and client solutions.
The successful candidate will:
- a Business Services Manager with a background of providing key tax and accounting advice and solutions within a professional accounting practice.
- be a CA or CPA and technically up to date with tax issues and accounting standards.
- have a track record of managing a group of clients.
- be able to manage staff and workflow.
- have driven new business and developed new clients.
- be a communicator and influencer.
- have the desire and ability to be involved strategically in the future of the business
