Responsibilities/Requirements include;
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Payables
- Assisting with Processing invoices and payments.
- Assisting with preparing & maintaining general ledger
- Processing expense reimbursement claims
- Assisting in the preparation of BAS / PAYROLL TAX / PAYG
- Maintaining customer details
- Date entry responsibilities
- Generic Administrative tasks
To be successful for this role you must meet the following requirements;
- 4 years' experience in a position
- Self-motivated & hard working
- Intermediate skills with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Must have a Knowledge of MYOB
- CloudPayroll would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work with initiative
- Marketing experience
