The Responsibilities
Reporting in to the CEO & COO, this is a pivotal role within the finance department and will involve the following responsibilities:
- Complete Profit and Loss reports and other management reports to inform leaders of the fiscal status of the business
- Showcase accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions including accounts receivable, payable, tax liability, reconciliations and reporting
- Reconcile all bank statement accounts and credit cards monthly
- Timely and accurate end to end payroll
Skills and Experience
- Bookkeeping or similar experience (2 years +)
- Accounting qualification desireable
- Payroll experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with XERO or comparable ERP system
