Our client, located in Bentley is seeking an experienced Administration/Accounts Officer for a 2 week temporary assignment in August.

This is a fantastic role for a skilled multitasker who enjoys a busy support role in Accounts / Reception and Office Coordination.

Duties will include:
  • Accounts payable processing - coding, data entry and payment runs.
  • Assisting with the preparation of Payroll.
  • Generating purchase orders.
  • Scanning and filing all documentation.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients and staff.
  • Assisting with enquiries via phone and in person.
  • Maintaining the office environment and purchasing office consumables/stationery.
Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, concepts and practices.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple work demands and meet deadlines.
