Payroll Officer / Admin
- Northern suburbs-based organisation working within the services industry
- Two day a week role
- Permanent, Part time position
The Company
Well respected organisation working within the Services Industry is currently expanding its finance team. A well-known organisation operating in the Northern Suburbs. Offering great working environment and a team friendly environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller the duties of the Financial Accountant will include the following;
- Process all Payroll transactions fortnightly approx,150-250 employees
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and practices
- Collect, Calculate and Enter data to maintain and update payroll information
- Calculate and process payment for Payroll Liabilities, Payroll taxes, Superannuation, Workers Compensation on a monthly basis
- Compiling new employee contracts
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ad hoc duties as requested
This is an excellent position for an experienced Payroll Officer to showcase their knowledge and skills in a new environment.
Your Profile
The Ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years in a similar position. Experience with various ERP systems will be advantageous.
