The position
We are looking for an aspiring professional, wanting to kick start their career in the specialist field of Self-managed Superannuation (SMSF). Working in our Southport based office, you will have the opportunity to develop your skill set in the rapidly growing SMSF sector.
With approximately 600,000 SMSFs in Australia today, the financial services sector needs specialising professionals. Working directly with the Head of SMSF Audit, the successful candidate will receive on-going support and mentoring. Furthermore, we are prepared to customise an education pathway to support the successful candidate to achieve their professional goals.
The successful candidate will hold the following attributes:
Required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Mature and professional outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Hold an Accounting/Business degree
- Studying or willing to commence studies towards either CPA, CA or IPA programs
- 6-12 months of previous SMSF accounting/audit exposure
