Role Snapshot

Looking for an Oracle expert to join the team at an exciting time. Reporting to the Senior ERP Analyst-Payroll & HR, your role will be to support the development and implementation of application solutions, upgrades and strategic ERP changes through the application of functional knowledge across HR/Payroll modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite.

How you will contribute

This role will see you being involved in;

  • Defining, analysing and documenting operational and organisational requirements for the operation of the ERP systems to address business needs.
  • Ensuring that the HR/Payroll solution remains fully compliant to deliver against all current legislative, regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Senior ERP Analyst – HR/Payroll.
  • Delivering on required project work around mergers and acquisitions and/or legislative requirements.

Our Ideal Person

  • Has a solid Oracle experience is an absolute must from a functional perspective, it would also be great if you have had some exposure to pageup and other HR/payroll systems
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in all facets of HR/Payroll
  • Strong understanding of the Australian payroll and tax legislation
  • Great communication skills with the ability to effectively deal well with different stakeholders internal and external
  • Has a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate issues and come up with solutions.
