About the role
Reporting to the National Credit Manager you will be responsible for:
- Reconciliations of unpaid customer accounts
- Collection of unpaid debts (Dispute Resolution)
- Follow up customer's disputes & queries with branch staff
- Timely performance of credit checks & reporting for new account applications
- Complete monthly and adhoc debtors reporting for customers
- Build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Other tasks & responsibilities, as required
Skills and experience
To secure this great opportunity you will need to have:
- Solid Accounts receivable experience
- Experience in dealing with a range of customers from multinationals to owner-operators
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Experience using SAP & Dynamics AX, advantageous!
- Confident verbal and written communication skills and able to clearly explain complex account issues
- Effective negotiation skills in order to achieve successful customer outcomes
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
