Temporary Accounts Payable Role
Our client, a market leading Maintenance company are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their Melbourne CBD team on a permanent basis.
You will report into the Accounts Payable Manager while working within a team of 4. Your duties will consist of invoice processing, reconciliation's, setting up new suppliers on the system, dealing with supplier queries as well as any other Ad hoc administration assigned by your manager.
For you to be successful with your application you will need to have previous experience working with a Maintenance/FMCG/ Manufacturing company as a Accounts Payable Officer and hold a valid visa to work in Australia.
Having the ability to problem solve by using a high level of attention to detail is essential in addition to effective time management /organisation skills and strong verbal and communication skills.
Strong MYOB and excel experience is highly desirable.
