About the Role
Broadly speaking your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Producing weekly profit and loss accounts for the Principal
- Ensuring all timesheets have been entered by the Architects
- Fortnightly payroll and Superannuation
- BAS lodgements
- Office Accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Liaising with clients and debtors for invoice payments
- Management of the finance system to ensure data integrity and reduce debtor period
About You
In order to succeed in this role, you are required to have extensive prior experience as a Bookkeeper with the ability to contact debtors via the telephone to chase payment. You will also have the ability to work autonomously, be accurate and efficient and be trustwothy in nature.
