The Company:

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated part time (2 to 3 days per week) Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office team. The role will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will assist finance team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Corporate Card Reconciliations
- Employee Reimbursements
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Processing journals
- Ad hoc projects and assisting with other accounting functions as required
Your Profile:
Ideally you will have:
- Experience working in a commercial environment with accounts experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and accurate data entry skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills)
- Experience with general ledger and operational systems (MYOB and SimPRO experience highly regarded)
- A 'can do' attitude!
