This high performing boutique Private Equity firm is currently hiring a fund accountant into their Sydney finance team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Fund Accountant will be responsible for reporting, control, and analysis across a number of Private Equity funds. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with fund accounting experience within the Private Equity industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Financial Accountant
- Quarterly Reporting - including Venture Capital and Investor Reporting
- NAV calculations
- Client onboarding onto the Fund Registry
- Maintenance of Fund General Ledger
- Quarterly Fund distribution & tax calculations
- Management & performance fee calculations
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3+ years Fund Accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
This is a diver role in a dynamic team that will provide the successful applicant with valuable experience in a fast growing Private Equity firm.
