Our client is a national services organisation who are looking to recruit an intermediate Financial Accountant on an initial 12 month contract.
Client Details
This organisation has been in the Perth market for over 50 years, providing a spread of solution orientated services to a variety of industries in both the commercial and public sectors.
Description
Reporting into the Financial Controller and working within a Finance function of 6, this position will be responsible for the preparation and assistance of daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts duties. Experience in the below duties will be required:
- Assistance with preparing the half yearly and full year reports
- General ledger, bank and other reconciliations
- Assist with the annual budget and forecasts
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register
- Preparation of the FBT and BAS returns
- Cash flow management and reporting
Profile
- Professional Qualification (CPA/CA/CIMA) will be highly regarded
- Experience with the above duties
- Strong team player who is happy to be hands on
