Our Client & Overview
Our Client is a leading Chartered Accounting firm who specialise in corporate finance, audit, business advisory and taxation services. They are an innovative, rapidly growing organisation that operates internationally.
They are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their full service corporate finance team. With exposure to a range of transactions for clients in a variety of industries, you will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of a transaction, working closely with the Partners.
Your New Role
Reporting to both managers & partners, this role will involve working closely with all levels of staff across a range of quality clients: -
- You will primarily be responsible for due diligence and investigating accounts engagements – scoping, managing and reviewing in-depth analysis of company information and financial statements, interpreting analysis and reporting key findings and recommendations
- Prepare and manage documents for transactional due diligence
- Your secondary duties will involve assisting with valuations (business assets / intangibles / company / options) and preparing detailed valuation reports.
- You will also be required to undertake research and analysis for various clients
- In addition, you will be involved in Mergers & Acquisition advisory
Your Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years accounting related experience
- CFA or CA qualification (or near completion)
- Financial analysis skills and due diligence experience will be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced report writing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential
