At ORIX we are continuing to grow our Fleet Management and Leasing business and as a result we are in search of a self-motivated Asset Risk Analyst to join the team based at our head office in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the Pricing and Risk Manager, your main objective will be to provide analytical and risk management support for all asset risk that the ORIX business is exposed to.
The Asset Risk Analyst will be responsible for the production and evaluation of asset related data, preparation and presentation of residual value reviews, and ongoing reviews of the ORIX Operating Lease Portfolio. Other key components of the role will include providing ongoing support to the Pricing and Risk Manager with fleet forecasting, budgeting, risk analysis and other financial matters as they relate to the operation of the ORIX business.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in technical report production, data analysis, business analysis, financial and accounting analysis and statistical techniques
- High level ability in Excel spreadsheet modelling, Access database and statistical packages
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong planning and organisational skills – ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines; prioritise and organise workloads
- Excellent attention to detail
- An open minded and innovative approach to problem solving
- Sound knowledge of the vehicle and fleet industry
