Your new company
You will be working for one of Australia's leading construction firms based in a very trendy and up coming suburb called Abbotsford.
Your new role
You will be working full time on a temporary basis for a minimum of 4 weeks with the potential of being extended longer based on your performance. You will be reporting into the finance manager and will be responsible but not limited to:
- High volume Accounts Payable
- Up to 500/100 invoices being processed weekly
- Using Sun System
- Retrieve invoices from central email inbox
- Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues
- Adjustments
- Ad Hoc Administration
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and have used the accounting package Sun Systems. You must be a strong team player, have high attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. You must love a laugh and pride yourself on your work ethic.
