Description
As an Accounts Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Receiving, processing and filing of invoices
- Full function AP and AR
- Preparation of payments to suppliers including maintenance of aged payable
- Perform weekly order checks
- Perform weekly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards and for service provider accounts
- General ledger account reconciliations
- Administrative duties
Profile
In order to be considered for this role, we are seeking someone with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be enthusiastic, driven, dynamic and able to assist in other accounts related tasks. In addition, you must demonstrate excellent verbal, written & courteous communication skills.
