Primarily responsible for external audit engagements including coordination of the audit and delivery of an audit file that addresses all key risks identified in conjunction with their supervisors, and including running a team of analysts and intermediates. The audit senior is a key person being groomed for future leadership responsibility, and will also work with their supervisors to develop their skills.

• Identify client needs and value added services that we can provide to a client.  Understanding how to source the right person to address those needs.
• Provision of on-the-job training for other colleagues as required including supervision of graduate and intermediate work and conducting training sessions.
• Monitor capacity/productivity budget vs actual monthly. Contribute to discussion on team productivity performance and other KPI's.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business structures.
• Contribute to the development of firm's business strategy.
• Ideally experience of using Caseware or a similar audit software.
