Our client is a recognisable FMCG organisation with operations across Europe and Australia. Due to sustained growth within the business, an exciting opportunity has arise for an experience Commercial Finance Business Partner to be an integral part of the finance team. 

About the role 

A fast paced and challenging Finance Business Partner role that will work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to assist in making key decisions across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Finance Director your roles and responsibilities will include but not be restricted to the following:

• Preparation of monthly reporting, including actual results, variations from budget, full year forecast results and KPI reports
• Engaging with non-financial managers to evaluate commercial decisions
• Building budgets and forecasts and generate financial models 
• Analysis and tracking of production costs 
• Oversee and review capital projects
• Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss statements 
• Ad hoc internal reporting as required

Job profile 

The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified, you have developed a strong commercial acumen and have had 5-7 years' experience in a large, diversified FMCG or Retail environment.  Additionally you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to easily relate to people at a variety of levels within a business. You are proactive by nature and are eager to take on a role where stakeholder engagement is a key focus.
