Position Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join one of our outsourced teams based in Malvern.  This position requires someone who has some experience with SAP payroll or other large complex payroll systems, together with exceptional customer service skills.  The primary purpose of this role will be coordinating customer requests via a case management solution, investigating and resolving payroll queries and liaising with the client and off-shore processing team.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Coordinating all customer requests and assigning cases to appropriate teams via a case management system
  • Investigate and resolve first level payroll queries from the client
  • Customer service, predominately via email

To be successful you will need:

  • Some experience with SAP payroll or other large complex payroll systems is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Understand the full payroll cycle
  • Experience running payrolls would be desirable
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with a case management/ticket system would be desirable
  • Intermediate Excel skills
