We are looking for a dynamic, "up and comer" who is looking to make their mark on the accounts payable function for a renowned business that is going through a period of exciting growth through multiple acquisitions. This is an ongoing contract with the possibility to go perm.
Located in the centre of the CBD, this position you will have you working as part of a vibrant team, where the mantra is to get your hands dirty and help out wherever necessary. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- High volume invoice processing.
- Weekly payment runs
- Managing supplier queries and disputes.
- Month end reporting and supplier reconciliations.
- Ad hoc tasks to help assist the transnational team.
To be a standout applicant for this role, you must demonstrate strong experience within a fast paced, high volume AP role, have the ability to juggle tasks, take initiative and problem solve. This role would be suited to someone who wants to demonstrate capabilities and show promise for progression.
