The Company
Our client, an industry leader in the construction industry, is currently looking for an experienced and down to earth Accounts Payable Officer to join their busy accounts team on a full time basis. The company is a well-known and respected in their industry and prides itself as a market leader. They are looking for a hardworking individual to join them in their head office just on the city fringe.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Processing invoices and payments
- Credit card administration
- Reconciliations
- Sub-contractor payments
- Customer/client support as and when required
- Ad Hoc Accounts Receivable duties
- General Administrative tasks
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will have extensive accounts payable experience. Experience in construction would be preferred but not essential. You will have excellent written and communication skills. Strong time management skills are essential.
