As Partnership Executive you’ll work as part of our partnership team, growing our healthy food business, reporting directly to our General Manager.  You will be responsible for creating new partnerships across a broad unlimited base, by personal presentations, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with current partners, continuously seeking opportunities to grow their investment.  You will be rewarded well, not just in a monetary sense, but by being part of something really special.

Partnerships

  • Secure new business;
  • Research, identify and secure new partnership leads;
  • Maintain and increase investments with current partners;
  • Perform to and exceed budgets and KPIs;
  • Have a 360 degree mindset to new business development;
  • Use out of the box thinking to create opportunities;
  • Create and adapt current offerings to potential partners;
  • Maintain a weekly work in progress for internal reporting;
  • Maintain personal budget for internal reporting and forecasting.

Relationships

  • Internal - work closely with, and report to the General Manager;
  • External - work closely with our partners (existing and potential).

Skills and experience we’d love you to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales role;
  • A strong understanding of the partnership/sales environment and its key inputs and drivers;
  • Influential and effective writing and communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines, influencing all parties along the way;
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining relationships;
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
