We are seeking a sales-driven, self-motivated, personable and energetic Business Development Manager to drive business across the Sydney region. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a field-based role where you will proactively seek and identify new business opportunities and develop relationships and drive sales across the region.

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years B2B Business Development experience with proven success in delivering measurable results, KPI/Target achievement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to identify and convert potential opportunities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and reliable, ability to plan and prioritise
• Able to work autonomously
