The Role

The National Account Manager will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales objectives for Home Appliances products sold through Selected Key Customers.  

In addition you will: 

  • Develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies with clients within the context of top-line corporate strategy.
  • Drive and oversee cross functional customer engagement with Marcomms and Retail management teams.
  • Manage and negotiate the account promotional plan across all media and consumer touch points, maximize ROI and alignment with product strategy and national campaigns.
  • Develop and implement account ranging strategy with the Product Management team.
  • Set account priorities and direction for State managers and field team to ensure in store execution of retail strategy and promotional activities.
  • Monitor channel sentiment and organisational performance and action customer and field team response.
  • Drive and recommend process improvement for sales planning, order process, claims processing and resource allocation.

Skills/Experience

To succeed in this role you will have 5+ years of relevant account management experience, preferably within the consumer electronics industry, with a proven ability to achieve specific product sales targets. You will have strong influencing and negotiation skills.
