The role requires you to:
- Confidently build relationships with existing and new clients by delivering high quality professional services and subject matter expertise.
- Manage your time and efforts to most efficiently tend to your accounts, boost client satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist the sales team and CEO in sales administrative tasks, reviewing documents and arranging meetings.
The criteria required to be successful in this role is:
- Be a positive, confident, peoples person, enjoy communication and be prompt with follow-ups
- Pro-active, enjoy helping others and taking accountability for seeing projects and tasks through to completion.
- Previous experience within the IT sales industry (desirable)
- Able to build relationships easily and follow up with customers and suppliers promptly
- Strong sales focus
