About The Role
As the Business Innovation Officer, your primary responsibility will be to assist the business in increasing services through strategic research to identify potential business development opportunities. In order to do this, you will be required to develop an in depth understanding of the organisations current capabilities to identify areas for overall increase in market share.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone who has strong experience in managing contract and tender processes, a strong market research background and exceptional written communication skills. You will have a strong background in developing stakeholder relationships and an ability to work with a range of personalities.
This position reports directly to the CEO but will also work closely with other Business Unit Managers to assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and the roll out of strategic organisational projects.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or relevant related experience
- An understanding of the primary and disability health care sector - desired but not essential
- A proven background in conducting research to identify new business opportunities
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in managing contract and tender processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project implementation experience
